These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Plead, the Plead website and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who provides Plead

Plead is provided by PleadAi, PleadAi, Suite 314, Railway House, Woking, Surrey, GU21 5AH, United Kingdom. Contact: rthedon66@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.

3. What Plead is

Plead is an entertainment and relationship app for everyday disagreements. It lets partners present cases, evidence and responses to AI systems that generate juror findings and a judge-style ruling. Plead is not a court, legal service, therapist, mediator, emergency service or provider of legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

4. Accounts and linked partners

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your account secure.
  • A user may link with a partner through the supported invite/linking process. Linking gives each person access to shared case information according to the product flow.
  • Either person may unlink. When partners unlink, cases still in progress end as a mistrial and cases that already have a verdict are closed; both people keep their historical case records, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Do not impersonate another person or create an account without authority.

5. Cases and evidence

  • You may only submit content you have the right to submit.
  • Do not upload unlawfully obtained content, intimate content without consent, illegal material, threats, harassment, doxxing, or content that infringes privacy/intellectual-property rights.
  • Case content may be shown to your linked partner and processed by AI/service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Plead may remove content, stop a case, restrict features or suspend accounts where necessary for safety, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms.

6. AI-generated rulings

AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent or inappropriate. Verdicts are generated for entertainment and relationship discussion. Do not rely on Plead to make decisions involving safety, abuse, legal rights, health, money, employment, housing or other high-stakes matters. The app may refuse or stop cases that appear to involve serious safety concerns.

7. Winner-selected judgements

After a verdict, Plead may offer the winner case-relevant judgement options. These are suggestions for consensual relationship activities only. They are not legally enforceable, and no user is required to perform an unsafe, illegal, coercive, humiliating or unwanted activity. If either person is uncomfortable, they should not proceed.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Plead to threaten, coerce, stalk, shame, blackmail, exploit or harass another person.
  • Do not attempt to manipulate the service, bypass safety controls, reverse engineer protected systems, scrape content at scale or interfere with availability/security.
  • Do not use Plead for unlawful activity or to facilitate abuse.
  • Do not submit content that violates another person’s rights.

9. Subscriptions and paid features

Paid features are offered through Apple’s App Store and are subject to the Subscription Terms. One active subscription may provide access to Plead for both currently linked partners according to the product rules. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are also subject to Apple’s terms and applicable consumer law.

10. Intellectual property

Plead and its software, branding, artwork and service content are owned by or licensed to PleadAi. You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, reproduce, process and display your content as necessary to operate, secure and improve the Services and to provide the case to you and your linked partner, subject to the Privacy Policy.

11. Availability and changes

We may update, add, remove or change features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Where consumer law requires notice for material changes to paid services, we will provide it.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, fraud, safety risks, unlawful use or threats to the Services. You may stop using Plead and delete/unlink your account using the available controls, subject to the Privacy Policy and any necessary retained records.

13. Disclaimers and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Plead is provided on an “as available” basis and we are not responsible for decisions or relationship outcomes based on AI-generated content.

14. Governing law and disputes

Governing law: the laws of England and Wales. Courts/venue: the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in this section affects any mandatory consumer rights that apply based on your location.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Where required, we will provide notice before material changes take effect. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where legally permitted.
